English style ordinary bitter brewed with Fuggle and Saaz hops. Notes of toasted biscuit, light caramel, and woody/earthy spice.

Pomace*

Sour Ale• 5.8%
Sour ale conditioned on Golden Delicious apple puree, maple granola, vanilla beans, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Notes of freshly baked apple cider donuts.

Ash*

Marzen style Lager• 6.0%
Brewed with the same exact malts as our Festbier Embers, Ash showcases a deeper, richer flavor with notes of raisin, subtle caramel, toasted bread crust, and a mild nuttiness.

Awn*

Blonde Ale• 5.0%
Brewed exclusively with Hallertau Blanc hops. Awn is brewed with a blend of pilsner and Maris otter malts resulting in a crisp, dry and clean blonde ale with intent of it drinking like a pale lager. We’re getting notes of bread, honey, lemon, and herbal spice.

Maar*

IPA• 6.6%
IPA brewed with HBC 1019 and Waimea from Freestyle Hops. Notes of citrus, guava, honeydew, and ever so subtle notes of ripe banana

foothill*

Imperial IPA brewed with Simceo, Waimea and Galaxy hops. Notes of starburst candies, cotton candy grapes, sweet pineapple and orange marmalade.

Mandorla (In honor of 2024)*

Imperial Stout• 12.5%
Imperial stout conditioned on cacao nibs, coconut, and Marcona almonds. Brewed in collaboration with our dear friend Jose of Melesa’s Wings to help raise money to fight cancer! Notes of fresh baked brownies, Samoa cookies, and marzipan.

Tundra*

Imperial Stout• 12.7%
Twist ice cream cone dipped in a peanut butter hard shell inspired imperial stout. Conditioned on peanut butter, cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and waffle cones. Brewed in collaboration with Polar Cub Ice Cream in Whitehouse Station. Notes of peanut butter brittle, creamy vanilla and bitter bakers chocolate.

Foraging Fields*

Pumpkin Ale• 7.5%
Pumpkin ale brewed with pumpkin and molasses followed by Madagascar vanilla beans and autumn spices. Notes of pumpkin pie spice, graham cracker, light caramel, as well as herbal spice.
