Sour ale brewed with a touch of lactose and conditioned on cranberry, blood orange, and cinnamon. Notes of freshly baked apple pie, cranberry jam, orange marmalade, and tart stewed fruit.

Brewed with the same exact malts as our Festbier Embers, Ash showcases a deeper, richer flavor with notes of raisin, subtle caramel, toasted bread crust, and a mild nuttiness.
Awn*
Blonde Ale• 5.0%
Brewed exclusively with Hallertau Blanc hops. Awn is brewed with a blend of pilsner and Maris otter malts resulting in a crisp, dry and clean blonde ale with intent of it drinking like a pale lager. We’re getting notes of bread, honey, lemon, and herbal spice.

Imperial Indial pale ale brewed with Citra and Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle Hops. Notes of sweet pineapple, orange marmalade, citrus, and resin.

Imperial stout conditioned on cacao nibs, coconut, and Marcona almonds. Brewed in collaboration with our dear friend Jose of Melesa’s Wings to help raise money to fight cancer! Notes of fresh baked brownies, Samoa cookies, and marzipan.

Twist ice cream cone dipped in a peanut butter hard shell inspired imperial stout. Conditioned on peanut butter, cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and waffle cones. Brewed in collaboration with Polar Cub Ice Cream in Whitehouse Station. Notes of peanut butter brittle, creamy vanilla and bitter bakers chocolate.

Imperial stout brewed with maple syrup and later conditioned on maple granola, Sumatra coffee, Ecuadorian & Haitian cacao nibs, and cinnamon.
