Job Title: Taproom Associate
Location: Esker Hart Artisan Ales | 102 Main Street, High Bridge, NJ 08829
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $16/hr + tips
Schedule: 1-3days per week of the following shifts: Thursdays 4:30-9:30pm, Fridays 3:30-9:30pm, Saturdays 11:30am-9:30pm, and Sundays 11:30am-6:30pm

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Taproom Associate to join our front-of-house crew. If you’re passionate about craft beer, love engaging with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve beer to guests with knowledge and enthusiasm

• Provide excellent customer service in a welcoming environment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the taproom and outdoor spaces

• Operate POS system accurately and efficiently

• Assist with events, merchandise sales, and restocking as needed

• Adhere to all alcohol service laws and safety protocols

Ideal Candidate:

• 21+ years of age

• Passionate about craft beer and eager to learn more

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Dependable, punctual, and a team player

• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Previous brewery/bar/restaurant/hospitality experience is a plus but not required
